* Gift vouchers cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

* Gift vouchers are to be redeemed in whole. Any unused value will not be refunded.

* Gift vouchers are not valid on Valentine’s Day.

* Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The expiry date cannot be extended under any circumstances. Expired vouchers will not be refunded.

* Gift vouchers are the recipient’s responsibility. Palato will not be responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers.
