Fresh, housemade pasta is the foundation of Palato’s menu but we are by no means a traditional Italian restaurant. Instead, we highlight flavour profiles from various cuisines and take pride in building our menu around fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Aside from several staple dishes, our menu changes often as we take inspiration from the best produce each season has to offer.
We carry a small, carefully curated wine list with a focus on local NZ wines and rounded out by several international options. As with the menu, our wine list is dynamic and changes with the seasons as we seek the best pairings with our dishes.
Note: We do not have gluten-free pasta, but diners with gluten-free diets are welcome to have a combination of entrées that are/can be adapted to suit.
